Our Commitment
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within one week.
- Resolution: We aim to fully resolve complaints within four weeks.
- Complex cases: If exceptional circumstances require additional time, we will notify you and provide updates. Maximum resolution time is eight weeks.
- No fees: Submitting a complaint is entirely free of charge.
